Refund Policy

 

At Uni Holidays, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we aim to make our refund and cancellation process as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following terms carefully before booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you choose to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

  • More than 30 days before departure:
    Full refund minus any non-refundable deposit or third-party fees (e.g. airline or hotel cancellation charges).

  • 15 to 30 days before departure:
    50% of the total booking cost will be refunded, excluding non-refundable deposits or third-party fees.

  • Less than 15 days before departure:
    Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided.

  • No-shows or missed departures:
    No refunds can be given.

Note: Refund processing time may vary depending on the suppliers involved (airlines, hotels, tour operators).


2. Non-Refundable Services

Some services and promotional bookings are marked as non-refundable at the time of booking. These cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


3. Cancellation by Uni Holidays or Third Parties

In rare cases, we or our partners may have to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Natural disasters

  • Political unrest

  • Insufficient group size

  • Supplier issues (e.g., flight or hotel cancellations)

In these cases, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • An alternative trip/date, or

  • A travel credit for future use


4. Changes to Your Booking

Changes to dates, destinations, or participants may be possible depending on the service provider’s terms. Change fees may apply.


5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at info@uniholidays.com with:

  • Your booking reference number

  • Full name

  • Reason for cancellation

 

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
